Real leather coat with original belt. Size label says 44 chest but I'd say this would be quite tight/uncomfy. I'd say a medium up to a 42" chest but maybe better for 38-40". Measurements: 23" pit to pit, 26" Shoulder to Cuff, 18" shoulder to shoulder, 44" length. Outer pockets, No inner pockets.
