It does look well worn - heavyweight but soft leather - inner lining in great shape - one mismatch button (bottom one, quite hard to spot). I'd say up to 48 chest but might suit slightly smaller to keep a roomy style. Please see measurements: 26" Armpit to armpit, 22" shoulder to shoulder, 24" Shoulder to Cuff and 32" in length.
